FSM-LC

The FSM-LC is the most compact machine with the smallest powder carbon black output and operates in cyclic carbon black production under inert gas, helium or argon. It is the best option for universities, private research laboratories, cosmetic compound and foundations manufacturers.


Standard capacity of the FSM-LC unit is up to 60 grams of carbon black per cycle, which is approximately 2.3 grams of Fullerene C60 - 99.5%.


Period - cycle of continuous operation of the installation is up to 2 hours. Number of technical personnel - 1 person in 5/2 schedule.

The main advantage of this complex is the possibility of rapid start of carbon black synthesis process, mechanical or automatic control of carbon black synthesis process, the obtained product unload is simple and efficient.

FSM-500

Carbon black powder machine FSM-500 designed for cyclic production of carbon black in an inert gas medium - helium or argon.


Standard capacity of the FSM-500 unit is 450-550 grams of carbon black per cycle, which is approximately 16 grams of Fullerene C60 - 99.5%.


Period - cycle of continuous operation of the installation is 26-28 hours. Number of technical personnel - 3 people in 5/2 schedule.

The technological feature of this complex is its simplicity, both constructive and operational. Minimum number of automated elements, intuitively understandable control unit of the complex subject to the basic principles of technical process of carbon black production allows to achieve the desired result in conditions of limited possibilities.
FSM-600/650

Carbon black manufacturing machine FSM-600/650.

It is a unique complex for cyclic production of carbon black in inert gas - helium or argon.


Productivity of the equipment in the standard set FSM-600/650 is 600-650 grams of carbon black per cycle.

Production of the main substance in the produced carbon black - Fullerene C60 99,5% - up to 22 grams per cycle.


The period of the full cycle of the plant is 22-24 hours.

Unlike the FSM-500, the FSM-600/650 has a completely redesigned gas dynamic flow distribution system, improved surface cooling for both the hot zones and the inert gas circulating in the system. Additional changes:
- higher graphite electrode processing rate;
- improved gas filtration system.
FSM-800

Carbon black manufacturing machine FSM-800.

At the this moment, it is a modern complex which has exceptional indicators for cyclic production of carbon black in an inert gas - helium or argon.


The capacity of standard equipment of the FSM-800 unit is 750-800 grams of carbon black per cycle, which amounts to 25 grams of 99.5% Fullerene C60. The cycle of continuous operation is 23 hours.

An optimized gas dynamics system, efficient gas flow cooling, and a more advanced synthesized product distribution system make it possible to produce up to 800 grams of carbon black enriched with ultradisperse nanomaterials.
FSM-1000

FSM-1000 uninterrupted manufacturing carbon black complex.

This machine allows for production of carbon black in inert gas - helium or argon without stopping, except for maintenance, during the periods specified by the operating conditions of the complex.


Standard equipment capacity of FSM-1000 unit is 1200 grams of carbon black per cycle and 43 grams of Fullerene C60 of 99,5%. Continuous operation period of the unit is over 80 hours.

The main difference between the FSM-1000 and earlier versions is the more productive carbon black synthesis system and the ability to operate the equipment continuously. The synthesis chamber has been completely redesigned, the electrode insertion system has been modernized, and critical changes have been made to the product accumulation and gas filtration systems.
FSM-EXP

Cyclic production complex for carbon black production FSM-EXP.

The unit, allows to produce carbon black in an inert gas environment - helium or argon with periodic stops, but without complete evacuation of the working volume.


Standard equipment capacity of the FSM-EXP unit is 650 grams of carbon black per cycle and 23 grams of 99.5% Fullerene C60. The unit has a continuous operating period of over 22 hours.

The FSM-EXP is the most compact and technologically advanced of the FSM range. The concealed unloading device, the quick-release flange system, and the increased soot storage capacity allow half as much time for servicing the unit when unloading products and significantly reduce operating costs.
